# How to Put a Member on Hold

In this guide, we’ll go over the steps on how to **put a member on hold**. This will be useful when you want members to not be charged for certain release dates.

At the very bottom of the member's page you'll see the option to "**Put Membership on Hold**". Once clicked, it will open up a pop-up window showing your next release dates, from there you can check which ones to skip.
