How to Put a Member on Hold

In this guide, we’ll go over the steps on how to put a member on hold. This will be useful when you want members to not be charged for certain release dates.

At the very bottom of the member's page you'll see the option to "Put Membership on Hold". Once clicked, it will open up a pop-up window showing your next release dates, from there you can check which ones to skip.
