How To Process a Release

In this guide, we’ll cover the steps on how to Process a Release.

After each club is prepared, you'll have to process the release. You can do this by going into "Process Releases", from there you'll be directed to select the date of your next release and select the clubs that will be processed for that date. You’ll realize that if a club has not been prepared, you won’t be able to process it.

After checking that there are no errors with your release, you'll be asked if you want to send out an email with the release, you can edit it during the third step and get a preview of what your members will see when they receive it.

Finally, you'll be directed to process the payment at the last step of the process, this is the step where all members in the clubs processed will be billed.
