How To Prepare a Release

In this guide, we’ll cover the steps on how to Prepare a Release. The Preparation process has to be completed before the billing process can be executed.

It involves selecting the wine you want to make available in a release and/or selecting the wine they will receive as part of the release. After the preparation step you can then email your members to select their own wine from what you have made available for that release.

First, you'll have to prepare the release. In order to do so, you'll have to go into the "Releases" section, and locate the release you're going to prepare. After that, you have to click "Prepare Release”

You'll see a window pop-up showing you the current clubs you have set up, next to the club you'll see a blue button that says "Prepare Wine", keep in mind you'll have to do this for every club individually.

After you click "Prepare Wine" you'll see the wine selection come up, click the

wines you want to make available in that release for each club.

After you select the wine, you'll be asked how many bottles each member will receive by default and what’s the maximum number of bottles of each wine members can select for.

You can always edit the wine selection by clicking "Edit Release”

After this step is done for all clubs, we can move on to processing the release.
